How does the Truguard gutter protector work to keep gutters clean?

Truguard Rainware Systems uses surface tension. This tension forces the rainwater to follow the contours of the panel into your gutter, while debris simply falls to the ground. Surface tension is the factor that allows water to rise above the rim of a glass and then follow the contour of the glass over and down the side of the glass.
 

How does Truguard stand up to comparisons of competitor products?

The Truguard Protection product has several stand-out advantages when compared with its competitors.

Unlike the competitors' products that are fastened with screws placed through your roof and roof deck, the Truguard panel is fastened through the fascia board by way of a "Smart Clip." This leaves the roof intact and untouched. The Truguard panel aluminum gauge thickness is .024; while most competitors are only .019. This helps prevent dents and dings.

The Truguard's Kynar500 paint finish prevents fading and maintains its finished looklonger.
